Royal Mail Delays
• Once provided with a tracking number by email your parcel is travelling through the Royal Mail system.
• Please allow 10 working days from receiving your tracking number to receive your parcel before raising a query with us.
• We sincerely apologise for the delays and will do our upmost best to help with all information available to us at any time.
Processing Time
• Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
• This is the time it takes to package and ship your order. The shipping method selected when you check out will also have a timescale which will be added to our 2-3 working day processing time.
• Please account for bank holidays and non-working days.

• Please ensure you collect your click and collect orders as we will hold them until you collect or contact us with alternative arrangements
Cancel Order
• If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• If your item has already been dispatched you will need to return the parcel without opening and we can consider a refund.
Returns/Exchanges
• Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Personalised or custom items can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Please bear in mind earring diameter and length before purchasing to make sure they are suitable for your piercings as we can not return unless faulty.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns are discretional so please contact us before sending back your item.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request refund/exchange
• Refunds will not include postage costs as this will have already been accounted for to ship out originally.
• Please allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund to hit your account before contacting us.
Faulty
• Our pieces are delicate and can sometimes be faulty, if this happens please get in touch by Instagram or email with a description and images of the faulty item.
• You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date.
• Once the faulty item has been returned to us we can send a new piece, offer an exchange or refund you.
• Unfortunately we will not cover return shipping costs.

• This code is to receive 10% off PAIRS of studs or mini hoops from our 'Studs & Mini hoop (lobe)' category.
Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable
• The full amount you check out with on your original order will be the amount of credit you get for a future order. You will only be able to use one voucher per future order.
• I will email you your unique code which will discount your future order by e-mail, please ensure you double check you have entered the correct email address.
• Gift vouchers do not have an expiry date.
